Letterheads, business stationery, brochures and branded pads — proofed before a sheet is run. If artwork will not survive print, we say so at the brief, not after the invoice.
Send print-ready PDF/AI or a plain description. We check bleeds, fonts and colour space, and confirm printability in writing.
A proof is issued for sign-off. Proofing is available on request and confirmed with your quotation; approved proofs are the production standard.
Quantities, stock weights and delivery windows are fixed in the quote. Changes after proof approval are re-quoted, never absorbed silently.

Print-ready PDF preferred; AI and high-resolution PNG accepted. Fonts outlined or embedded.
Pantone or CMYK references for brand colours. Screen colour is never the production standard.
3 mm bleed and 5 mm safe margin on trimmed items. We flag files that fall short before proofing.
Quoted per job with the delivery window written in — standard runs and re-orders differ, and the quote says which.
One contact for quotation, proofing and production — and a written record of every decision.
