These terms describe how quotations, orders, delivery and complaints work at Allinson Print Limited. Framework customers: the signed framework agreement takes precedence where it differs.
These terms cover the supply of paper stationery, office supplies and printed goods. An order exists when we confirm it in writing; telephone discussions are confirmed by email before production begins.
Quotations state item, specification, quantity, unit basis, delivery window and validity period. Prices are quoted per product type and order quantity, in euros or sterling by agreement. A quotation is not a binding price until the order is confirmed within its validity period.
Standard orders are invoiced with payment terms stated on the invoice. Framework accounts operate on the account terms agreed in the framework contract. Title passes on full payment; we may suspend supply for overdue accounts after written notice.
Printed work follows the staged process on our corporate print page: brief, proof, production. Approved proofs are the production standard. Changes requested after proof approval are treated as a new instruction and re-quoted.
Delivery windows are those written in the quotation or order confirmation. Risk passes on delivery to the address stated. Shortages or transit damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve them with the carrier.
Standard (unprinted) goods may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery by prior arrangement; carriage is at the customer’s cost unless the goods were supplied in error. Made-to-order and printed goods cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Complaints go to services@allinsonprint.org or by post to the registered office. We acknowledge written complaints within 5 working days and respond in full within 20 working days.
These terms, and disputes arising from them, are handled under the law of England & Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
